Door Shoe Sweeps can be applied to a door to prevent light, moisture, dust, drafts, air, sound, smoke and fire from infiltrating the gap under doors. The seal runs along the bottom of the door, rather than on the door face so installation can require removing the door. However, it creates a stronger and sturdier seal than a standard door bottom seal and is generally less visible. Additionally, the seal casing protects the bottom of the door from damage.
Our Door Shoe Sweeps are available in U Shaped design casing, which fits a specific sized door or an L Shaped design casing, which can be applied to various sized doors. It is available in rubber or brush inserts and various finishes, which will coordinate with other door hardware, and is custom cut to size.
